Hot Pepper Recipe Competition
This contest will be judged and divided into categories.
The categories are:
Beverages
Salsa
Appetizers
Entrees
Desserts
Entry Fee is $10 paid in advance via the application and payment link below. And NO you do not have to give your recipe away if you don't want to. Just tell us what hot elements (peppers, pepper flakes, hot sauce, etc were used in the recipes.
First Place winners of each category win a $50 gift certificate from Backroom Brewery and a Red Ribbon.
Best in Show winner will receive a Blue Ribbon and a gift basket which includes prizes and gift cards from all Food Trucks and vendors in the event.
